Brenda Bolton
Veterinary Practice Manager

Brenda Bolton brings a unique mix of equine and veterinary skills as the Practice Manager of Cross Country. Brenda started riding and showing horses at the age of nine and obtained her first horse farm in 2001.  She currently owns eight horses at her first-class facility in Connecticut and also boards and trains green horses and Thoroughbreds off the track in her spare time.  Before working her way up the ranks in the veterinary field, she managed medical practices and realized that devoting her time to animals was much more rewarding.  She has now been working in the veterinary field since 1994 and is certified as a Veterinary Practice Manager by the American Animal Hospital Association (AAHA).  She has received special nutrition training from Nutrena and continues her learning by attending equine continuing education classes.
